1. Definitions
1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. “Website administration” (the “Administration”)
Authorized staff who manage the website, acting on behalf of Individual entrepreneur Vladislav Mikhailovich Yagudin, who organize and/or carry out personal data processing and determine the purposes of processing, the personal data to be processed, and the operations performed with personal data.
1.1.2. “Personal data”
Any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable natural person (the data subject).
1.1.3. “Personal data processing”
Any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, with or without automated means, including collection, recording, storage, retrieval, de-identification, blocking, and deletion.
1.1.4. “Confidentiality of personal data”
A mandatory requirement for the Operator or any other person who has obtained access to personal data not to disclose it without the data subject’s consent or another lawful basis.
1.1.5. “Website user” (the “User”)
A person who accesses the Website via the Internet and uses the service Website.
1.1.6. “Cookies”
A small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user’s computer, which the web client or browser sends back to the web server in an HTTP request when opening a page of the corresponding website.
1.1.7. “IP address”
A unique network address of a node in a computer network built on the IP protocol.
2. General provisions
2.1. By using the service Website, the User agrees to this Privacy Policy and to the terms of processing of the User’s personal data.
2.2. If the User disagrees with this Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the service Website.
2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the “Textit” website. The Website does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites that the User may open via links available on the Website.
2.4. The Website Administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User.
3. Subject of the Privacy Policy
3.1. This Privacy Policy sets out the Website Administration’s obligations to keep confidential and protect personal data that the User provides at the Administration’s request when registering on the service Website or filling in a feedback form.
3.2. Personal data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by completing the registration form on the “Textit” Website.
3.3. The “Textit” Website protects data that is automatically transmitted when viewing advertising units and visiting pages that contain a statistics script (“pixel”): IP address; cookie information; browser information (or another program used to display ads); access time; the address of the page where the advertising unit is located; referrer (the address of the previous page).
3.4. Any other personal information not listed above (purchase history, browsers and operating systems used, and so on) is stored securely and is not disclosed, except as provided in clause 5.2 of this Privacy Policy.
4. Purposes of collecting the user’s personal information
4.1. The Administration of the “Textit” Website may use the User’s personal data to:
4.1.1. Communicate with the User, including sending notices and requests related to use of the Website and the provision of services, and handling the User’s requests and applications.
4.1.2. Confirm the accuracy and completeness of personal data provided by the User.
4.1.3. Provide effective customer and technical support when problems arise while using the Website.
4.1.4. Provide the User, with their consent, with product updates, special offers, pricing information, newsletters, and other information from the “Textit” website or its partners.
4.1.5. Carry out advertising activities with the User’s consent.
4.1.6. The textit.ru website uses the Yandex Metrica web analytics service (Yandex LLC, Russia). The service collects de-identified data about user behaviour: pages viewed, time on site, traffic sources, device and browser parameters, clicks, and scrolling. The data is used only to analyse and improve the website. Yandex Metrica uses cookies to identify repeat visits. Yandex’s data processing policy is available at https://yandex.ru/legal/confidential/.
5. Methods and terms of processing personal information
5.1. The User’s personal data is processed for an unlimited term by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems, with or without automation.
5.2. The Administration may transfer data to third parties in the following cases:
5.2.1. The User has consented to such actions, including by using software settings that do not restrict the provision of certain information.
5.2.2. The transfer is necessary for the User to use the Website’s features.
5.2.3. The transfer is required for the purposes of data processing.
5.2.4. In connection with a transfer of the Website into the possession, use, or ownership of such a third party.
5.2.5. At the request of a court or another authorized public body under the procedure established by law.
5.2.6. To protect the Administration’s rights and legitimate interests in connection with violations committed by the User.
5.3. If personal data is lost or disclosed, the Website Administration will inform the User of the loss or disclosure.
5.4. The Website Administration takes the organizational and technical measures needed to protect the User’s personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful acts by third parties.
5.5. The Website Administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other adverse consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.
6. Obligations of the parties
6.1. The User shall:
6.1.1. Provide the personal data needed to use the Website.
6.1.2. Update or supplement the personal data provided if that information changes.
6.2. The Website Administration shall:
6.2.1. Use the information received solely for the purposes stated in section 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. Keep confidential information secret, not disclose it without the User’s prior written permission, and not sell, exchange, publish, or otherwise disclose the User’s personal data, except as provided in clause 5.2 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in line with the practices ordinarily used to protect such information in business.
6.2.4. Block personal data relating to the relevant User from the moment of a request by the User, their legal representative, or an authorized personal-data protection authority, for the period of verification if inaccurate data or unlawful actions are identified.
7. Liability of the parties
7.1. If the Website Administration fails to perform its obligations, it is liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data under the laws of the Russian Federation, except as provided in clauses 5.2 and 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. If confidential information is lost or disclosed, the Website Administration is not liable if that information:
7.2.1. Became public before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was received from a third party before the Website Administration received it.
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User’s consent.
8. Dispute resolution
8.1. Before filing a court claim arising from relations between the Website User and the Website Administration, a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement) must be submitted.
8.2. The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of consideration within 30 calendar days of receiving the claim.
8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to a court in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
8.4. The laws of the Russian Federation apply to this Privacy Policy and to relations between the User and the Website Administration.
9. Additional terms
9.1. The Website Administration may amend this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.
9.2. A new Privacy Policy takes effect when it is posted on the Website, unless the new version provides otherwise.
